Watch the video related to blackberry review

This is a review of the BlackBerry Curve 8310 in Titanium from AT&T. Sorry about the sound quality and the long pauses, I don’t like writing down what I am going to say, which is good right? Anyways, I’m new, so please subscribe if you like what you see.

Help answer the question about blackberry review

how to review call log on blackberry pearl?
if i diALED THE SAME # THREE TIMES TODAY CAN i FIND OUT THE TIME OF EACH CALL?
The blackberry pearl only shows the most recent call to each contact. I want to know how you can find out the times of every call without looking at my bill.

I don't think the bottom two fellas even bothered answering your question. I would just recommend you to buy a Blackberry Curve. I am in the same situation as you and I am also debating between a Curve (EDGE device) and Blackberry Bold (3G device – just as the iPhone). 3G is the fastest mode of mobile internet and its data is transmitted directly from your cell phone provider's network. However, 3G internet pricing options are quite more expensive than EDGE ones. EDGE is a bit slower than 3G but I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as you are not concerned with video/audio streaming. For viewing normal webpages like Facebook, My Space, etc. you should be fine. The time taken to load Facebook in EDGE and 3G isn't drasticially more and definitely not worth paying $80 a month for iPhone's expensive data plan. Even 3G is not comparable to wi-fi as wifi is the fastest mode of internet viewing on a mobile device than 3G. So, the question boils down to what's faster? 3G or EDGE? Answer is 3G but the tradeoff that I explained above should apply to you.

In terms of cell phone reception, both iPhone and Curve 8310 feature a GSM 850Mhz band which is commonly used by many North American cell phone providers such as Rogers, Fido, AT&T, etc. Thus, the cell phone quality should be about equivalent in both the phones. There does exist a problem of scarcity of available applications for the Curve 8310; however, installing free applications in an iPhone 3G requires jailbreaking it and jailbreaking VOIDS your phone warranty. But Blackberry OS is reaching out in the market and availability of blackberry applications in the long run should not be a problem (atleast in my opinion)

In a nutshell, if I were you, I would buy a Bold for $149 from AT&T with a 2 or 3 yr contract opposed to buying a $200 iPhone 3G and paying high internet data rates. Also, iPhone 3G lacks a few features that you DO get even in low entry cell phones. Features such as Bluetooth file sharing, camera flash, a physical QWERTY keyboard (preferred more by me than the digital iPhone keyboard), and push e-mail (which is what Blackberries are meant for)

i think ur best bet is to take it to the place you got it from. if you've tried all that and it hasn't worked yet then that'ss the best thing for you to do

6

i have one… i'm waiting for a refurbished one to replace mine b/c the red light doesn't blink when i get a message… i've had a few other problems too… and i wish it had auto-complete.

I have this phone and would rate it a 4.5/5. The only thing I don't like about it is it doesn't have Wi-fi/3G capability.

I upgraded the phone's OS to v 4.5.0.93 and can now record video, use a 8GB memory card, watch YouTube vids, and more. I love all the apps that can be used with it. My favorites are:

Viigo
Vlingo
Nimbuzz
Nobex Radio Companion
Google Maps

Great phone!!!

Yes! :) Get it! it is so fun and it fits so nicely in your pocket because it is rounded. I am 14 and just got it for 8th grade graduation. I absolutely adore it!

Things in particular I love about it…
*You can customize your font type and size
*Comes preloaded with ringtones
*Super easy to text on
*Comes with a fun game "brick"
*Takes really beautiful pictures
*A cool memo pad and to do list
*So many options on everything you do
*Easy to use
*Cute looking
*Can be used for simple things or complex business things

I reallly love my blackberry and it comes with it's own nice black leather case free! And a headset.

You will not regret getting it!!!

12

It was 50$ plus the contract’s monthly fee.

13

yess if it requires an internet connection, or if its wi-fi then its to the expense of your battery and WLAN server :)

14

so if you have wifi the internet is free?

15

The Curve has a better screen, especially if your main feature that you need is the browser. My SO has the Curve, and I have the Pink Pearl. I have noticed times when I can get my browser up and going before he can. I personally plan on eventually changing over to the Curve once they get the 4.5 OS for it.
So, I know that doesnt help, so you got faster with Pearl, good and more viewable with the Curve.

16

hey dude, I was gunna use the Facebook application on this phone would it use data?

17

Only if your device is connected to a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server).
