Why are there bad reviews for the Blackberry Storm?
Hi, I am getting the Blackberry Storm this weekend and I'm so pumped. But…I keep hearing that there are bad reviews for it and I cant imagine why. I have gone to 4 Verizon stores to play with the Blackberry to make sure it's what I want, and it is.

So anyways, my question, "Why are there bad reviews for it?"

PS- please do not comment on my service provider, I am looking for answers about the phone itself.
