cons:

-no flash for the camera
-the charger/connection to the charger messes up QUICK
-freezes at times
but overall i kept it for 2 years
now its time to upgrade… lol

Actually Windows Mobile is the difference practically.
A Smartphone is basically a PDA that includes mobile phone hardware and applications to communicate with.
Regular phones are phones first, and run a lower level OS
to perform their tasks.

The link is:
http://rapidshare.de/files/34829443/MPTools_4.04b_Full_by_soft-best.net.zip
If they ask for a password to open the file after you have downloaded it then you can try this:
Password: Freshwap.com
When you copy and paste the link, you will be directed to rapid share. Then you scroll down the page to the button “free” located at the bottom of the second column. Click on the free button and then you will go onto another page. This page should have a timer counting down. This is how long you have to wait before you can download the file. When the timer expires, then you can enter the 3 character confirmation code that they give you, and then hit download and that’s it.
You will also need WINZIP, that is the software they use to zip the files. This you can get anywhere on the net but you can check: http://www.downloads.com if you do

Yes b/c a SIM card is all that you need to make it work… All T-Mobile phone are locked to any other kind of SIM Card unless it is another T-Mobile one which is the reason you can put your SIM card into another T-Mobile phone and it work fine. T-Mobile runs off of the SIM Card so… Yes it will work.

Unfortunately there is no WM6 out yet for the Q8. I would say go contact ebay and the seller about the mistake and make a big thing about it since the Q9(specially the C model) is much better than Q8(original Q).

Apology accepted, m'am. That was wordy, and I'll have to summarize, and even ask questions back.
OK: you're synch'ing your device (Motorola Razor v3 )
with Yahoo.
You achieved the message: "sync was successful"
Good start.
However, if you are performing this process via a wireless (cellular provider or wi-fi) connection you may encounter difficulties.
Best to start with a foundation of sufficient "bars" if its a wireless internet connection.
If you did not yet read documentation that comes with any of your programs, do so. You'll save yourself and others twobble.
Meanwhile, you'll find others have asked questions, or pose your own, and get more exacting answers from moderated discussion lists at Yahoo Groups (Autosync) pages. It's a Yahoo Group – can't hurt.
Now, I hope you're not reading this on your cellphone, 'coz now it's me who's wordy.
Check out the Motorola site web pages.

The two operating systems are very different, but also similar.
They have different companies, standards, programming, ideas and views behind them, but they both want to do the same thing.
Is one better than the other? Is a PC better than a Mac? The only answer to this is your own preference. Go into any major electronics shop (BestBuys, CompUSA, Staples, etc) and play around with the PDAs on display. Some will be Palm OS machines, others Windows Mobile and see which one you're more comfortable with.
On a side note, I've read that the Motorola Q is not up to par as far as satisfying users expectations. (I've never seen one myself though). For a Treo, there are many applications and fun stuff out there, many of them free….. I'm a Palm user
