This handset is the most recent addition of the company to its lineup of cyber shot series. This phone has a modish and stylish design and the most impressive multimedia phone, no doubt, is its integrated camera which comes loaded with some great options. Three color schemes have been introduced in the market by the manufacturer as lacquer black, techno white and glamour red, thus one can choose among these to match the attire.

This sliding design acquired both 2G as well as 3G network technologies for keeping its users always connected. The frequency bands offered are GSM 850, GSM 900, GSM 1800, and GSM 1900; in 3G, the operating frequencies are HSDPA 2100 and HSDPA 1900.

It carries the dimensions of 97 x 49 x 16 mm and the overall weight is 96 gm including the battery.

The graphical user interface is quite easy to use and standard TFT display screen supporting about 262 thousand colors uses the resolution of 240 x 320 pixels for providing a tremendous picture view experience.

The handset does not require so much maintenance or care as lesser risks of damages or scratches are involved due to its scratch resistant body.

Various attractive wallpapers and screensavers have been pre installed in the unit that helps for improving the overall outlook of the display screen.

The shared memory of 105 mega bytes provides the users a significant opportunity to store about 1000 phone numbers in the gadget along with call record of prior 30 days.

The polyphonic ringtones of about 64 channels and various mp3 ringtones have been also installed in the unit along with ringtone profiles.

The memory does come with extendable capability, which means one can boost up the memory area by introducing external memory sticks in the card slot.
Some other features are GPRS, HSDPA, and inbuilt web browser, e-mail client, instant messaging, Google maps, Bluetooth, organizer option, wayfinder navigation applications and many more.

My aunt just got one. and she loves it! she said it is probably the best phone she has ever had.

i have had the W910i for several months and i can tell you only good things about it. Its large buttons do take a while to get used to, but after a week or so you will fly across the keypad. Mine came with 1 Gb card and so i have plenty of space for my songs, but if you use your phone as your primary music player, the card can be upgraded to 4 Gb. It has a great speaker, and the supplied earphones are great. The PC music transfer software is excellent for choosing specific songs for your library. It is a great looking phone and everyone is still asking to look at it when i get it out in public. One of my friends who paid a fortune for the Iphone says he wished he had looked at my phone before he bought his.
Please note that the freezing and switching its self off problems are only in a few models, mine has never experienced this problem and neither has any of my friends. Mine does not turn its self on either, but if you are worried about that there is always the silent feature on the phone. I am with T-mobile so i can't comment on the service with your carrier, but i can say that if you get this phone you will not be disappointed. Hope this helps.

Are you wanting someone to give you their review of the phone or are you wanting a published review of the phone?
My friend had one & I used it for a day or two. I liked the phone because it had an MP3 player & an infrared port. I did not like the fact that it had such a small screen.
I think it really comes down to personal preference, but I prefer Motorolas myself.

i fucking hattttttttte slider phones omgggggggggggg. all these phones im viewing slide. fuckin slidin it out makin it look like a big piece of shit ahhhhhhhhhhh

I don't believe that phones are specifically made to appeal to one gender. Now, alot of times a phone will come with various colors, in which case obviously the colors such as pink or purple are going to appeal to the females mostly and other colors such as red, blue, etc. will appeal more to males.
The phone you put a link to looked pretty gender neutral. So, I think that either a male or a female would be happy with it. There is only a small bit of purple on it, and not enough to make a big difference to the overall look of the phone.

it looks like perfect, but all the sony ericsson phones have more radiation than the others, as a result they are more dangerous for our health

the digital music player in the vu plays aac, mp3 & wma formats. so yes, like most phones it plays mp3's.
it has an internal memory of 120mg & a memory card can be inserted for greater capacity.
when you consider each song in mp3 format is on average 4 -5 mg you will get about 20 -25 songs. but the internal memory on most phones now is not an issue like it used to be. you can insert a memory card. i picked up a 2gb card for $20 & that will hold a few hundred songs which is more than enough for a playlist to carry with you. why would you want have a thousand songs when you you will never listen to all of them anyway.

NO, do NOT get the W580i. It is such horrible phone. Lots of people complaining about it. Get the A736 phone instead. Better device
